DELIVERY POLICY

Euro Signs & Safety will deliver Tasmania wide and to major metro areas Australia wide. We use courier services & Australia Post in most cases.

Delivery time for Australia Post is 1-10 working days depending on your location. Remote & rural areas may take up to 12 working days. Visit the Australia Post website here for more information.

We cannot take responsibility for any delays by couriers.

We aim to send all orders out within 1-2 working days for in-stock items. We will contact you directly with any delays.

Shipping costs are unable to be calculated online with some of our bulky/heavy items; please call or email. Customers can also organise their own freight if they wish.

REFUNDS POLICY

We may at our discretion provide a refund or account credit as long as the product is unused, in the same condition as when you received it and in any original packaging. All items must be fit for resale.

Your entitlements are covered under Australian Consumer Law.

You have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund if a product you purchase from Euro Signs & Safety fails to meet a consumer guarantee. There are exceptions to guarantees. Consumer guarantees do not apply if you:

  • got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it
  • misused a product in any way that caused the problem
  • knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product
  • asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted
