With the COVID-19 Coronavirus spreading globally and across Australia we would like to update you on the situation as it relates to Euro Signs & Safety. Things are quite fluid and it may change again in the coming days & weeks, but we’ll update further if situations change significantly for us.
The health of our staff, customers, suppliers and all our families is the number one priority.
PURCHASING FROM EURO SIGNS
We are open for business and welcome customers into our store. We are following social distancing protocols as suggested by the health authorities and government so don’t be offended if we don’t shake hands or stand back further than normal whilst in our store.All business to business ordering via ph/email is as per normal.
We have 24/7 secure online shopping via our website at eurosigns.com.au - We can take any enquiries on stock levels over the phone prior to purchasing. If you are unwell or live with someone who may be infected, we request you don’t come into the store to collect your order. Give us a call on arrival and we can bring your goods out and put them in your vehicle for you. We can process payments over the phone to further reduce contact.STOCK LEVELS
We have good stock levels of most items at present. All our overseas suppliers are currently open and in production. We have increased our raw material levels to better prepare for any possible disruptions in the supply chain. Freight is becoming problematic at times; allow for longer freight times than usual if your needs are urgent.PRICING
Pricing will be increasing on a range of stock items, this will start to flow through in the coming weeks. The deteriorating Australian Dollar & material costs are the major factors affecting this.We are carefully monitoring the COVID-19 situation. We are exceeding the current government expectations on social distancing, and our team is engaged in consistent internal communication as new information becomes available to us.
